Job purpose - Enable growth of Ecom - Rally multiple departments in the organization with the common vision and purpose, secure best resources allocation for this project - Lead operational daily work with stores and provide continuous improvement in terms of processes - Provide 24/7 support for main partners (Sber, yandex, Savetime, IGOODS), be problem-solver for arising questions. - Quick analysis of data and facts with commercial spirit and acting on it Managing Collaboration with Ecom partners (Sber, yandex, Savetime, IGOODS), improve operational integration, continuous support of collaboration with partners and its improvement -Data analysis (pricing/assortment), finding commercial insights and acting on it (incl. gaps in assortment, opportunities in pricing and availability) -Securing operational resources and support for the project (incl. tactical work with the stores), development of plan to get best-in-class service level for ecom -Constant improvement of interfaces and operational integration (assortment, pricing, promo, SLA, OSA etc) Market understanding and insights, new business ideas -Understanding of trends and situation in this dynamic market -Development of new business ideas (collaboration with marketplaces, dark stores, new fulfilment, 3/4PL) -Conduct competitive research and replicate innovative ideas and practices -Influence products development backlog (features etc) Customer data, acquisition and retention -Collect insights on customer behavior on multiple interfaces/partners and provide recommendations on how to improve lifecycle management for METRO online -Come up with new omni-channel ideas on how to drive traffic also to offline stores -Influence CRM approach, provide moe ideas for targeted communication Team leadership -Build and effectively manage HQ Ecom team with focus on operational and commercial capabilities. Hire, coach, and manage existing team


Experience of working with partners, preferably in ecom (BDM, commercial, operational issues) BDM\Commercial experience and mindset Experience in refining operational processes with partners Good knowledge of current market situation and practices in egrocery/foodtech Strong analytical skills, ability to think and analyse quickly and turn insight into action Strong collaboration skills (stores, commercial function. IT) Multitasking Good negotiation skills Fluency in English Knowledge of performance marketing, key metrics and equations is a plus
