Junior Own Brand development manager
*Working with article database - listing, blocking, activation, etc. *Handling requests from Stores and Suppliers. *Working with documents-price lists, additional agreements for marketing services. *Participation in negotiating and signing contracts with suppliers according to the Company targets. *Operational support of Department and monitoring processing. *Participation in the development of assortment category matrix. *Maintaining METRO database by category: articles, prices, suppliers, stores, etc. *PROMO preparation: Defining Metro Post articles and approving weekly / other tactical promotions. *Coordination of supplier price lists approval process. *Monitoring of division indicators, preparation of regular reports. *Cross-functional interaction with various departments of the company. *Supervises international developments and local assortment of own brand based on design manuals and brand manuals, to ensure that local implementation responds to defined strategic and political lines *Manages the external customer pool to ensure that own brand developments are adjusted to their needs *Proposes recipe, packaging and labeling improvements to the current own brand assortment, with a special focus on sustainability *Identify the needs and coordinate the development process (search for market needs, assortment structure, quality, packaging development, etc.) with TGM, Purchasing, QA and external suppliers, to create new references and position them efficiently in the market within of the different channels (CC, FSD, E-comm) *Carry out added value analysis and prepare reports on the evolution of sales, margin and areas for improvement *Implements the launch of new products in the different channels in coordination with the departments and external personnel involved in the process (TGM, QA, Purchasing, Communication, Operations, designers and suppliers) *Participates in the design and implementation of the annual communication planning of the own brand in line with the planning of target customer groups (CTG) or business lines, in order to reach the customer in an optimal way and increase sales
*Experience in assortment building, analysis and review *Experience of collaboration with suppliers *Experience in working in cross-functional teams *Willingness and ability to learn *English upper-intermediate or above
