Требования:
- Higher education in finance, financial management, economics, corporate finance, mathematics.
- Profound (5+ years) experience in Controlling department with focus on analyses of financial results and business performance.
- Knowledge of IFRS (DipIFR, CIA is an advantage),
- Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate+)
- MS Office (Excel, Power Point) advanced level,
- SAP-FI, SQL are an advantage,
- Very strong communication and analytical skills, challenging and precise,
- Team player and team leader.
Обязанности:
- Act as a Business Partner for Operations and People & Culture directorates.
- Analyze actual results of company performance (stores, investments, cash-flow), identify chances and risks to support management in business decision making.
- Manage the company’s forecasting and budgeting process in terms of total company expenses (PEX & OPEX), CAPEX, Cash flow, Stores’ P&Ls.
- Provide weekly insightful outlooks on the current month cost performance to the Head of Business controlling.
- Supervise the process of annual KPI target setting, alignment and follow up.
- Manage team of 7 employees.
