Требования:

University degree and/or equivalent industry specific experience, preferably ecom/foodtech/egrocery;
Understanding and experience of IT solutions/stacks in ecom, different operational and logistics models;
Entrepreneurial and customer focused ability to quickly grasp and adapt to the METRO business;
Ability to get along with diversified cross-functional team with different background;
Proactive, “can do” attitude;
Ability to quickly turn customer insights into business requirements;
Introduces structure to an unstructured situation, adapts quickly to new ideas and topics with a good instinct for opportunities and risks;
Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Обязанности:

Identify new business opportunities for Metro online via innovative business models and collaborations (Sbermarket and other potential Partners). Current scope of projects: sales on marketplaces (FBO), dark stores inside Metro stores, special portals and application for B2B customers;
Monitor competitive development (marketplaces, express delivery, retailers) and identify areas for improvement/reapplication;
Continuous improvement of picking/transportation process in current partnership with Sbermarket;
Provide assortment insights and best practices from marketplaces sellout to Metro offline and online businesses;
Identify right customer requirements and product features for test and development. Partner with other departments to make this a cross-functional effort (ecom, pricing, operations, marketing, CX). Prepare structured input for backlog of IT tasks;
Lead pilots (incl P&L preparation, criteria for pilot, post-analysis).
