*Higher Education (preferably Psychology, HR); *3+ years proven work experience as a Head of Training (preferably in Retail / Wholesale or FMCG industries); *Fluent/advanced English (written and oral); *Experience of managing a team of trainers responsible for different learning areas/functions; *Successful experience in program management, designing and executing trainings and leadership programs; *Facilitator, coach experience; *Experience in implementing modern learning IT systems (incl. mobile learning) and solutions/technics.
*Development and execution of training strategy based on companys strategy and business needs, analysis of talent pipelines and capability gaps; *Constant cooperation with business functions in order to adjust training strategy accordingly; *Further development of learning management system and innovative effective approaches to learning; *Program management, execution of leadership, well-being programs; *Monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness; *Liaise with corporate House of Learning and training community; *Responsible for training budget and reporting; *Team management and development (10+ empls) vice solutions; *Connecting partners to metro API Creating new APIs
