Head of E-Merchandising
- review and evaluate customer demand and sales trends to determine where to place products for sale - recommend additional service offerings and usability enhancements - ensuring all products are beautifully and strategically merchandised across the site in main page, recommendations, category listing pages etc - daily monitoring of trends to highlight demander products in time - daily monitoring of new products (placed correctly and perfect look), advertisement (all in place and correct, correct prioritization) - Monitor stock levels and key deliveries to ensure products are attractively presented across prime product locations. - manage content team and agencies - Regular auditing of available product online to ensure it is appropriately - represented with the customer in mind Full responsibility for main products KPIs such as Conversion Rate, ARPU etc
o A good knowledge of digital marketing tools, such as SEO, PPC and social strategies. o Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Yandex Metrika, etc. o A good understanding of internet standards and interactivity. o A good understanding of website management and eCommerce usability o Strong leadership skills, along with excellent communication skills are essential due to the need to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders within the business. o A basic knowledge of HTML and photoshop. o UX and A/B testing experience. o Experience of liaising with agencies. o University degree and/or equivalent industry specific experience (4-6 years), preferably in the e-commerce and category management o Team management experience o International / multi-cultural, mature personality. o Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken).
