Head of Digital Products Development Department
- Manage Pipeline of Digital products for both B2C and B2B businesses (mobile app, web site, integration layer and microservices, landing pages etc) - Create new door opener propositions to drive new customers acquisition and sales via digital products - manage product development team and agencies - Full responsibility for main products KPIs such as Conversion Rate, ARPU etc - Establish product development cross functional team includes direct reports, external teams, IT, Marketing, Offer management, Operations to develop best in market digital solutions for e-commerce and retail - Establish a regular and efficient way of understanding, tracking and communicating customer needs in regard to digital products - Partner with Operations to build new processes of work with digital tools - Partner with Global IT team to be at the same page in digital products
o University degree and/or equivalent industry specific experience (7-10 years), preferably in the e-commerce product development o Deep knowledge of different development frameworks o Team management experience o Proven experience of the development management of e-commerce digital assent with MAU 5+ mln customers o International / multi-cultural, mature personality. o Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken). o Ability to collaborate with other departments, inclusivity, ability to establish working relationships and collaborations.
