Employee relations: Building of effective working relationships with heads of functions, line managers, employees, and HR centers of expertise (C&B, T&D, Recruitment, Talent management and HR Admin) Supporting and consulting managers and co-workers in all HR related policies, procedures, and programs Providing advice and guidance on employee relations issues and labor law matters Conducting employee related negotiations and dialogues (performance improvement dialogues, mutual agreements negotiations etc.) Talent Management, Training & Development: Coordination of annual and midyear Performance appraisal & Talent review processes for respective functions Coordination of internal recruitment for respective functions Participation in assessment centers and development centers for respective functions Assistance to line managers and employees in creation effective individual development plans and supporting in questions related to development within the company Supporting line managers in identifying learning and development needs for their teams Coordination and supporting employees on training and development programs and learning opportunities within the company Identifying business needs and nominated employees for corporate English learning and tracking progress Driving implementation of action plans resulting from an employee engagement survey for respective functions and tracking progress Conducting exit/stay interviews for respective functions Compensation & Benefits, Organizational Structures Management Assistance with salary review and promotion guidance Participation in organizational structures changes of respective functions (structure analysis, PEX-calculation, approval with Directors and further implementation) Participation in headcount budgeting, PEX planning and control Analyzing HR reports (turnover, rotation, unused vacations, etc.) and preparation of action plans to improve HR metrics according to companys targets Working on HR projects that improve business and organizational performance


2+ years in similar role (HR Generalist/Junior HR BP/ HR BP/ HR Manager) Experience of working within a matrix/complex organizational structure would be an advantage Proven working experience in one or more of HR expertise: Recruitment, Learning & Development, Talent Management, C&B would be an advantage Good command of English (Upper-intermediate or above) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility and empathy Ability to work in multitasking mode and result orientation
