Обязанности:
Manage projects aimed at organizational / process improvement in BPI Department: - Preparing presentation materials - Conducting meetings with function experts - Preparing reports & meeting summaries - Developing process classifiers - Calculating business cases - Conducting brainstorm meetings - Finding out areas for improvement in existing business processes - Developing recommendations on process improvement - Designing AS-IS and TO-BE business process maps - Preparing SOPs & F.A.Q. - Supporting recommendations implementation - Other functions
Требования:
- At least 2 years of experience working in project management / process improvement areas, experience in Consulting is a big plus - Good command of English - Experience in the implementation of IT-systems in course of performance improvement (automation) projects; - Experience in development of methodological documents, policies and procedures; - Confident user of MS Office: Excel, Visio, Power Point - Experience in business case calculation - Excellent analytical skills and attention to details - Experience in the implementation of business processes - Self-motivated, ability to perform multiple tasks - Strong communication skills
