Employer branding communication manager
Maintenance and development of employer brand strategy and EVP; Evaluation/measurement of HR Brand effectiveness; Support and development of employer brand channels (incl. social media, corporate portal); Organization of events (for potential candidates/ students/ graduates and employees); Organization of attraction students and graduates; Management and promotion of METRO Potentials and other talent programs; Employee engagement surveys; Collaboration with Corporate Communication/PR and Marketing to align activities and communication calendar; Cooperation with other HR functions to ensure strong employer brand representation, EVP in all HR related processes.
Relevant experience in Employer Branding/PR/Corporate Communications in international company of more than 3 years; Proven experience in organization of online and off-line events (for employees, potential candidates, students/graduates), work with Social Media; Project management experience; Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Russian and English; Higher Education (HR, Brand Management is a plus). Positive, easy going, open, ready to learn, able to work under pressure and in fast changing environment
